Your mobilizing over the past few weeks has paid off!
The Bargaining Team reports that there was a very positive shift in tone in last Monday’s meeting, and the Employer began engaging with our proposals in more meaningful ways. We are excited to be able to work with the employer toward a just and equitable deal for our CAS members that will benefit everyone at St. Jerome’s.
Over the next several weeks, we will be scheduling conversations with each of our CAS members to discuss where bargaining is going and what still needs to be done. Watch for an e-mail from a member of our team. We look forward to chatting with you!
