Here we are mid-March already. Since bargaining began late last year, the ASA and Employer have met seven times in formal bargaining sessions, plus several more times in focused workgroups and subgroups. We have made a certain amount of progress on some nonmonetary proposals tabled by the ASA, but are still waiting for the Employer to make monetary proposals and counterproposals. When that has happened, we will have a better sense of the road ahead for these negotiations.
