The ASA Bargaining Team has been meeting with the Employer’s representatives this January. With two sessions completed and two sessions scheduled, we are on pace for both parties to have presented their proposals by the middle of next month. I’m pleased to say that the atmosphere has so far been positive and collaborative as we seek to understand each other’s positions on a number of complex issues facing our members and the university. There’s much work to be done, but this is a good start. Onwards!
